Hub City Hog Fest 2019 takes over downtown Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Friday, the annual Hub City Hog Fest started Friday, April 5th and runs until Saturday April 6th at 9 p.m.

Downtown streets around Morgan Square: Church St, Dunbar St, Magnolia St, and Main St. have been shutdown through the weekend. 

Festival times and dates: Friday, April 5th Noon until 11 p.m. Saturday, April 6th Noon until 9 p.m.

Free entry on Friday, April 5th from Noon – 5 p.m. Children 10 and under are free all weekend. 

Entry wristbands are sold for $5 dollars Friday, April 5th 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. and on Saturday, April 6th Noon – 9 p.m.  

Funds from Hog Fest’s barbecue contest are for Mobile Meals Spartanburg, over the last 6 years the event has given $315,000 to the non-profit organization.
